Kiss
Destroyer
1976
Favorite tracks: King of the Night Time World, Shout It Out Loud, Beth
Sleeper tracks: God of Thunder, Sweet Pain
(I just finished Peter Criss' autobiography. I thought it would be fitting to honor him with an Album: 365 entry)
I can't remember when I first heard this album. I do know that my first introduction to KISS was from my uncle Bill. He is 10 years older than me and was the perfect influence for a lot of the music I grew up with.
I always thought "God of Thunder" was lame. Maybe I'm still bitter at Gene for being a major prick to Ace and Peter.
I Rock N Roll Over way better than Destroyer. However, I dig this album for the impact it had on the legacy of KISS and the impact it had on rock music.
