From the time this album came out until a year later (Sept 2011 - Sept 2012), I would say that there wasn't a better metal album released.
This was a great comeback album for Belladonna. 1990 was the last time he recorded vocals for Anthrax and this album has some great vocal moments.
I wasn't ever a huge Anthrax fan growing up. I saw them a couple times with John Bush and was fortunate enough to see them support this album at First Ave.
